Therapy Mallard is a therapy companion application that allows users to record therapy sessions, receive automatic transcriptions and analyses, track therapy goals, and reflect on their mental health journey.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Therapy Mallard is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Our service is designed to complement your existing therapy, not replace it. Always consult your therapist or a qualified mental health professional for medical advice and treatment.

Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You agree to provide accurate account information
You are responsible for obtaining consent from your therapist before recording sessions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Record sessions without proper consent
Share or distribute other people's therapy content without consent
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details are presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Intellectual Property

Your therapy content belongs to you. Therapy Mallard retains ownership of the application, its design, and its technology. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Therapy Mallard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or reliance on automatically generated insights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
